The Blueprint to Artistic Excellence (BAE) is a nonprofit organization and our mission is to offer a holistic approach to youth focused arts education via robust training, professional coaching and entrepreneurial learning. Our primary goals are to effectively nurture independent youth development in the creative arts, to help young artists to improve their discipline to their craft and, to inspire these young artists to transform and impact the world using their voice.

Business Coach, Trainer and Community Builder Expert of the Blueprint to Artistic Excellence. He is passionate about helping individuals to live their best lives. He is a multilingual leader with deep experience in personal coaching and development, customer service, sales and business development. With a focus on mental, physical and emotional health and wellness, Ric brings an entrepreneurial spirit, deep interpersonal skills, and an optimistic attitude to everything that he does.
